To make a confirmed booking for the boat charter:

1. We will need your name and those of any others (if a group booking) as shown on your passport and the charter dates you request.
Please let us know of any special requests – such as the diving option, specific destinations etc.
 
2. We will then forward you an invoice; this will be confirmation of your travel dates and for the number of people in your booking. The invoice will state the full charter amount (including surf fees) and the deposits due to secure your spot.

On the invoice will be the bank details for payment in Australia. Please write the invoice number as the reference for the transfer. We will forward you a receipt on our confirmation of payments made. The balance of the charter is due no later than 30 days prior to the charter date.
We will forward you a boat voucher which will be confirmation of your charter dates & our contact information

To complete the package:
 
3. Organise your flights to connect with the boat charter. We will advise you of the best connection from Australia to Kavieng to suit. Remember to notify us of your confirmed flight schedule.

4. If you wish you can organise your tourist visa for PNG in Australia (Post A$35.00, with the appropriate completed form and your passport to the Brisbane/Canberra PNG Embassy see http://www.pngcanberra.org/visas) or purchase this on arrival at Port Moresby for PNG K100.00 (approx A$50.00).

5. Remember your insurance! – this must include emergency medical evacuation.

6. We will also forward you a guest profile form – this is mainly to get an idea of your food likes and dislikes (very important!). And give you the opportunity to share any other important information that we should know. We appreciate your time in filling this out and also returning the completed form to us via email or fax.

7. That’s all! But please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to the charter if you have any queries.

Now just count down the days ... till the warm tropical waters, blue skies and another empty barrel in PNG!
