RATES

Rates for 10 night / 9 day boat charter for 2009/2010 surf season on the PNG Explorer    
         
All rates in AUD per person     
Surfers - (maximum of eight)..............................$3,490.00     
Non-Surfers - (with a minimum of  six surfers).... $2,490.00     
Special Manus charter - surfers .......................... $3,640.00     
Special Manus charter - non-surfers.................... $2,640.00     
         
We will require a 25% deposit to hold the booking      
         
Boat rate includes:      
• 4 beers/day       
• Soft drinks       
• Bottled water       
• 1 * PNG Surfaris T-shirt      
• Airport transfers in Kavieng/Manus      
• 3 fantastic meals a day plus snacks      
• Island cultural experience – Traditional dance display & meal     
• Use of all snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks & stand-up paddle board

ADDITIONAL COSTS       
Surf fees      
SAPNG levy: AUD $50.00 per person (once only fee)      
Niu Ailan Surf Alliance Surf fee: AUD $10 per person per day (based on 9 days) = AUD$90.00    
Note: deposits are required on a booking in order to make the booking for the management plan.    
       
Insurance       
Travel insurance to cover emergency medical evacuation.     
         
Flights       
Return airfares from Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns) to Kavieng via Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

PNG tourist visa       
PNG Tourist visa cost A$35.00 if organised through PNG Embassy in Brisbane or Canberra prior to departure from Australia.

Or you can obtain this on arrival at Port Moresby at the immigration counter. This will cost PNG K100.00 (approx A$50.00).
