Fishing PNG: Guided and Non-guided Charters

Experience the thrill of fishing PNG’s diverse waters — from riverbanks to reef edges, and everything in between.

What to Expect on a PNG Fishing Charter

Embark on a life-changing adventure with PNG Surfaris’ premier fishing charters. Running in April, May, August and September, we offer both guided and non-guided options tailored to your preferences and experience level.

Fishing PNG is all about connection with nature, your crew, and that one unforgettable catch. Many of our guests join as families, mates, or corporate teams, but solo travellers are just as welcome on our all-inclusive tours.

On our non-guided charters, you’ll head into the blue water in search of Dogtooth Tuna, Yellowfin, Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo and GTs — the kind of fish stories that stick with you. Experience the thrill of fishing PNG’s diverse waters — from riverbanks to reef edges, and everything in between.

Fishing in PNG is unlike anywhere else - remote, untouched waters filled with some of the richest marine biodiversity in the Coral Triangle.
